Ingredients / Measures
- / 25ml/0.8oz Renais
- / 25ml/0.8oz White Vermouth
- / 15ml/0.5oz Aperol
- / 1 Passionfruit
- / 15ml/0.5oz Lemon
- / 15ml/0.5oz Agave
- / Soda
- / Passionfruit Quarter
Process

Step 1
Add all your ingredients to a shaker, except the soda, and shake as hard as you humanly can for 10 seconds.

Step 2
Strain through a fine strainer into a wine glass with ice, and top with soda.

Garnish with a passionfruit quarter.
