  • 25ml Cream
  • 10ml Egg Whites

Method

  1. Add

    Add all your ingredients to a shaker. Shake hard without ice to emulsify the ingredients.

  2. Step 2

    Then add ice and shake hard again. Fine strain into a chilled glass and garnish with a grating of nutmeg.
