/ 30ml/ 1.1oz Renais
/ 100ml/ 3.5oz Chilled Tonic
/ 30ml/ 1.1oz Fresh Espresso (1 shot)

Step 1:

Build a Gin and Tonic in a highball, by pouring the the gin over ice and topping up with tonic.

Step 2:

Slowly add a shot of fresh espresso to the glass. Admire your layering but give it a gentle mix before enjoying.
