  • 100ml/ 3.5oz Chilled Tonic
  • 30ml/ 1.1oz Fresh Espresso (1 shot)

Method

  1. Step 1

    Build a Gin and Tonic in a highball, by pouring the the gin over ice and topping up with tonic.

  2. Step 2

    Slowly add a shot of fresh espresso to the glass. Admire your layering but give it a gentle mix before enjoying.
