Chocolat Blanc Negroni

Taking the classic Negroni to a new level with a white chocolate twist. Using Renais Gin's citrus notes, paired with white vermouth and a hint of Suze for a slight bitter edge. Crème de Cacao blanc brings in a sweet, creamy touch, making this drink a heavenly combination of gin and white chocolate.

Bittersweet, rich and viscous, this is textural beast with notes of cacao, thyme and citrus oils.

Ingredients / Measures

/ 30ml/ 1.1oz Renais
/ 30ml/ 1.1oz Regal Rogue Lively White
/ 20ml/ 0.7oz Suze
/ 10ml/ 0.4oz Creme de Cacao blanc
/ Melted dark chocolate to garnish

Step 1

Start by melting some chocolate and using a pastry brush to brush the inside of a frozen glass. Place back into the freezer.

Step 2

Add all your ingredients into a mixing glass, fill to the brim with large chunks of clear, good quality ice, and stir with the end of a spoon for 20 seconds to chill and dilute. Pour over a large block of ice.
