Ingredients / Measures

/ 50ml/ 1.8oz Renais
/ 25ml/ 0.9oz fresh lime juice
/ 25ml/ 0.9oz simple syrup
/ 1 ribbon of cucumber
/ Soda water to top

Share on:

Step 1

Add all your ingredients to a shaker except the soda and shake as hard as you humanly can for 20 seconds to smash all the cucumber inside.

Step 2

Strain through a fine strainer over ice and top with soda water.
