A light, truffled take on the Martinez, lifted by Renais' mineral edge.

Ingredients / Measures

/ 40ml Renais
/ 40ml Regal Rogue White
/ 10ml Fino Sherry
/ Truffle Oil
/ Lemon oils

Process

Step 1

Start by ensuring your serving glass is as cold as possible, from the freezer is best!
Step 2

Add all your ingredients into a mixing glass, fill to the brim with large chunks of clear, good quality ice, and stir with the end of a spoon for 20 seconds to chill and dilute.
Step 3

Remove your glass from the freezer, strain your cocktail into it, and serve.
