Ingredients / Measures

/ 30ml/ 1.1oz Renais
/ 15ml/ 0.5oz Fresh Lemon Juice
/ 15ml/ 0.5oz Simple Syrup
/ Champagne to top

Process

Step 1

Add all your ingredients to a shaker except the champagne and shake as hard as you humanly can for 10 seconds.
Step 2

Strain through a fine strainer and top with Champagne.
