Ingredients / Measures

  • / 30ml/ 1.1oz Renais
  • / 15ml/ 0.5oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • / 15ml/ 0.5oz Simple Syrup
  • / Champagne to top

Step 1:

Add all your ingredients to a shaker except the champagne and shake as hard as you humanly can for 10 seconds.

 

Step 2:

Strain through a fine strainer and top with Champagne.
