An exquisite white negroni made with Renais Small Batch Gin, aromatised white wine and gently spicy liqueur.

Ingredients / Measures

/ 40ml/1.4oz Renais Gin
/ 30ml/1oz Lillet Rose
/ 10ml/0.35oz Suze gentian liqueur

Process

Step 1

Add all your ingredients into a mixing glass, fill to the brim with large chunks of clear, quality ice, stir with the end of a spoon for 20 seconds to chill and dilute.
Step 2

Pour over a large block of ice.
