Ingredients / Measures

/ 50ml/ 1.8oz Renais
/ 25ml/ 0.9oz Fresh Lemon Juice
/ 25ml/ 0.9oz Simple Syrup
/ 5 Grapes
/ Soda to Top

Step 1:

Add the grapes to a shaker and muddle to break apart. Add all other ingredients (except the soda) to the shaker and shake for 10 seconds.

Step 2:

Strain through a fine strainer over ice and top with soda water.
