Ingredients / Measures

/ 50ml/1.6oz Renais
/ 25ml/0.8oz Lime
/ 20ml/0.6oz Sugar
/ 8 Mint Leaves
/ Crushed Ice
/ Soda

Process

Step 1

Start by rimming your glass with fresh lime and carefully rimming with salt, ensuring you dont get salt on the inside of the rim.
Step 2

Add your ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake as hard as you can. Strain into an iced rocks glass and enjoy.
