  • 25ml/ 0.9oz Renais
  • 25ml/ 0.9oz White Vermouth
  • 25ml/ 0.9oz Aperol
  • 2 Strawberries
  • 1 Large Orange Peel

Method

  1. Step 1

    Place 2 strawberries in a mixing glass and break up with a muddler or the back fork, add the rest of the ingredients along with ice and stir until chilled. 

  2. Strain

    Strain over fresh ice in rocks glass and garnish with half a strawberry and a Orange peel.
