Ingredients / Measures
- / 50ml/ 1.8oz Renais
- / 25ml/ 0.9oz fresh lemon
- / 25ml/ 0.9oz simple syrup
- / 1 bunch herbes de provence
Process

Step 1
Add all of your ingredients to a shaker and shake as hard as you can for 20 seconds, smashing all the herbs inside.

Strain through a fine strainer over ice.
