Ingredients / Measures

  • / 50ml/ 1.8oz Renais
  • / 100ml/ 3.5oz Chilled Sparkling Mineral Water
  • / Whole Lemon Peel

Step 1:

Use a vegetable peeler to remove the whole peel from a lemon. Lace this around the inside of a tall glass, squeezing to express the oils.

 

Step 2:

Fill with ice and build your drink.
