/ 50ml/1.6oz Renais Gin
/ 100ml/3.3oz Chilled FeverTree Mediterranean Tonic

Step 1

Fill a large wine glass to the brim with large chunks of clear, good quality ice.

Step 2

Add all ingredients and give a gentle stir with a long spoon to incorporate ingredients but not to kill the bubbles.
