A grown up, spritzy appletini for the discerning palette. Here we use the iconic flavour combination of apple & sage to elevate and heighten our beautiful gin.

Tasting notes

Light and spritzy with tart apple paired with sweet caramel and herbaceous sage.

Ingredients / Measures

  • / 1.6oz Renais
  • / 1 oz funky apple cider
  • / 0.5oz apple liqueur
  • / 0.5oz lime
  • / 6 sage leaves
  • / Soda

Step 1:

Add all your ingredients to a shaker and shake as hard as you humanly can for 20 seconds to smash all the herbs inside.

 

Step 2:

Strain through a fine strainer over ice and top with soda.
