  • / 60ml/2.1oz Renais Gin
  • / 15ml/0.52oz Domaine Watson Chablis
  • / 2 Dashes Lemon Bitters

Step 1

PLACE YOUR GLASS IN THE FREEZER!

Step 2

Add all your ingredients into a mixing glass, fill to the brim with large chunks of clear, quality ice, stir with the end of a spoon for 20 seconds to chill and dilute.

Step 3

Remove your glass from the freezer and strain your cocktail into it.
