Bright, citrusy, married beautifully with white chocolate.

Ingredients / Measures

  • / 40ml/ 1.4oz Renais
  • / 20ml/ 0.7oz Lillet Blanc
  • / 20ml/ 0.7oz Crème de Cacao
  • / 20ml/ 0.7oz Fresh Lemon Juice

Step 1:

Add all your ingredients to a cocktail shaker with as much ice as you can fit into the shaker. Shake very hard and fine strain into a chilled coupette or Martini glass.

 

Step 2:

Express the oils of a lemon peel on the top of the drink to brighten it.
