Ingredients / Measures

/ 40ml/ 1.4oz Renais
/ 20ml/ 0.7oz Lillet Blanc
/ 20ml/ 0.7oz Crème de Cacao
/ 20ml/ 0.7oz Fresh Lemon Juice

Process

Step 1

Add all your ingredients to a cocktail shaker with as much ice as you can fit into the shaker. Shake very hard and fine strain into a chilled coupette or Martini glass.
Step 2

Express the oils of a lemon peel on the top of the drink to brighten it.
