Sweet and vanilla with a touch of minerality.

Ingredients / Measures

  • / 50ml/ 1.8oz Renais
  • / 5ml/ 0.2oz Chablis
  • / 1 Scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
  • / 15ml/ 0.5oz Water

Step 1:

Add all your ingredients to a cocktail shaker making sure to break the ice cream up. Shake as hard as you can for a full 60 seconds.

 

Step 2:

Fine strain into a coupette glass and garnish with grated nutmeg.
