Ingredients / Measures
- / 50ml/ 1.8oz Renais
- / 5ml/ 0.2oz Chablis
- / 1 Scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
- / 15ml/ 0.5oz Water
Process

Step 1
Add all your ingredients to a cocktail shaker making sure to break the ice cream up. Shake as hard as you can for a full 60 seconds.

Step 2
Fine strain into a coupette glass and garnish with grated nutmeg.
