/ 50ml/1.7oz Renais Gin
/ 1 Egg White
/ 20ml/0.7oz Fresh Lemon Juice
/ 20ml/0.7oz Acacia Honey Syrup
/ 5ml/0.17oz Fino Sherry

Step 1

Add all ingredients into your cocktail shaker, fill to the brim with large chunks of clear, quality ice, shake as hard as you can for 20 seconds.

Step 2

Strain the cocktail through a fine mesh strainer into a chilled coupette glass.
