Ingredients / Measures

  • 50ml/1.69oz Renais
  • 20ml/0.6oz Lime Juice
  • 1 Whole Passionfruit
  • 20ml/0.6oz Orange Juice
  • 20ml/0.6oz Sugar Syrup
  • 25ml/0.8oz Double Cream
  • 20ml/0.6oz Egg Whites
  • Guava Soda

Step 1:

Add all your ingredients to your shaker asides from the guava soda and shake as hard as you can. 

Step 2:

Double strain into a tall collins glass then place the glass in the freezer for approximately one minute. 

Step 3:

Top the glass with guava soda so that a meringue-esque foam rises above the glass. Garnish with your choice of garnish and serve!
