Poquette Roquette

Zesty and refreshing, with a hint of agave and a pinch of rocket for an earthy kick.

Ingredients / Measures

/ 30ml/ 1.1oz Renais
/ 30ml/ 1.1oz White vermouth
/ 15ml/ 0.5oz Agave
/ 15ml/ 0.5oz Lemon
/ 1 Pinch rocket
/ 50ml/ 1.8oz Cremant
/ Rocket to garnish
/ Lemon twist to garnish

Process

Step 1

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker except the Cremant, muddle the Rocket to release its wonderful peppery perfume. Add ice and shake as hard as you can.
Step 2

Add a splash of Cremant and fine strain into a tall glass. Add a splash more Cremant to top up and garnish with a handful of rocket and a lemon peel.
